Our Travel Advisors curate, plan and book travel for our clients. We can create a trip from scratch, or help book a hotel you’ve already decided on — and everything in between. Plus, we do the heavy lifting for you and can unlock perks and VIP amenities at hotels, resorts & cruises around the world for the same price, or even sometimes better, as when you would book directly with the company or through a generic online booking site!
Are there fees for booking hotels with Lou Collective?
No, we do not have fees for booking hotels, villas, or cruises like other some travel advisors do. We’re here to help you get the best value and perks for your trip and save you time doing it! However, we may charge fees depending on the level of trip planning outside of these items, such as for detailed multi-stop itineraries or flights. This will always be transparently presented.
If I book with you, do I still get to use my loyalty programs and credit card to earn points?
Absolutely! We will send you a client onboarding form if we start working together that will gather all of this information. Once we receive that back from you, your loyalty and credit card information will stay securely stored in our system. Your loyalty program information will automatically apply to any applicable bookings and your credit card will be used to secure the booking and/or pay for any deposits. Both of these methods ensure you get to keep racking up those coveted points! Please note that no bookings will be made without your approval, and you can opt to only have your credit card stored for a single booking and then deleted from our system.

How are you able to offer preferred status and amenities?
Our agency, Fora, is affiliated with roughly 50 of the top hotel brands, privately owned hotels and resorts, tour operators, and cruise lines around the world. Our affiliation allows us to pass along exclusive deals to our clients such as unpublished rates and property-specific complimentary amenities like daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, spa & dining credits, airport transfers and much more!
Is there a minimum trip length or budget to book with Lou Collective?
No! While we love planning grand, multi-week vacations, we can also add a ton of value to quick trips and staycations. Who doesn’t love free breakfast or a credit to spend while on property (think dinner or the spa).
